At Creativestudioie, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our photography services. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for refunds and rescheduling.

Our Commitment

We are committed to delivering high-quality photography that meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will work with you to make it right.

Digital Photography Services

Due to the nature of digital photography services, standard returns are not applicable. However, we offer the following guarantees:

  • If technical issues on our end result in unusable images, we will offer a complimentary reshoot
  • Minor editing adjustments are included at no additional charge
  • If you are unsatisfied with your photos, contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss options

ID and Document Photos

For ID and passport photos:

  • If photos are rejected by government agencies due to our error, we will reshoot at no cost
  • Rejections due to client-related issues (wrong attire, expression, etc.) are not covered
  • Prints that are damaged upon delivery will be replaced free of charge

Print Products

For physical print products, albums, and canvas prints:

  • Products damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost
  • Manufacturing defects will be corrected or replaced
  • Returns for change of mind are not accepted for custom-printed products
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours

Session Deposits

Regarding booking deposits:

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled sessions
  • Rescheduling must be done at least 7 days before the original date
  • Deposits are valid for 6 months from the original booking date

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss any issues with your photography experience:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your photos or products
  2. Provide your booking reference and details of your concern
  3. Include any relevant documentation (rejection notices, photos of damage, etc.)
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
