Photography Services

Creativestudioie provides professional photography services including:

• Private event photography (weddings, birthdays, corporate events)
• ID and document photography
• Portrait and lifestyle photo sessions
• Personal branding and headshot photography

Booking and Payment

To secure your photography session:

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
• The remaining balance is due on or before the session date
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
• Pricing is subject to change but confirmed quotes remain valid for 30 days

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the session: deposit may be applied to a future booking
• Cancellations made within 7 days: deposit is forfeited
• No-shows forfeit the full payment
• Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours notice

Intellectual Property

All photographs, content, and materials on this website are owned by Creativestudioie and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our portfolio images without permission
• Use our branding or logos without written consent
• Modify or create derivative works from our content

Client Photograph Rights

Regarding photographs from your session:

• You receive a license to use your photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Commercial usage rights are available upon request and may involve additional fees
• We retain the right to use photographs in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Editing or filtering photographs beyond minor adjustments should credit the photographer

Limitation of Liability

Creativestudioie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit any harmful code or malware
• Use automated systems to scrape content
